I had an issue with child safety lock in right rear door that was promptly fixed when I return it. Some damage to my right rear wheel was overlooked and I am still waiting to hear back about that. Friendly prompt service.

On the surface the repair seems ok. The contact with Caliber was less than good. Text massages appeared to be computer generated. I called three time wanting to possibly having additional work done. I never received a reply. I guess computers are who you serve and not people.

The individuals at Caliber Collision were polite but not responsive. The communication was (computer generated) I called three times to request that they might do some additional work for me. The response to my calls was no return call. Looking at the document they provided regarding work completed reads like a RCW. You have to look through several pages ans then I was't sure what they actually did for the repair of my vehicle. It is my belief that there is a stain on the back seat that wasn't there when left in there hands, I believe.
