I did like that they text me 3 times per week to let me know the status of the repair. I didn't like that when the repair was supposed to be completed, it was not and it was not communicated to me that the repair would take an additional week until I sent a message to find out what time the repair would be done. When i picked up my car and looked inside i discovered someone that works there stole my change bag from inside my inner console. I had about $50 in quarters that was missing when I picked my car up. What reason did they have to go through my things when they were fixing my bumper? I reached out to my insurance company and also caliber. No one felt it necessary to respond to someone stealing from my car. People just can't be trusted. It's not a good look. I know if there is a next time, I will definitely use a different place.

Filing my claim was so simple!! I took about 12 pictures at different angles of the damage and submitted them for review by an Allstate representative. She contacted me and during our first conversation was able to instantly send me my Transportation Expense funds straight to my bank account. I picked a reputable shop (Caliber Collision), dropped off my car, and got a ride to my rental. They kept me updated every step of the way. When I picked up my car, checkout was easy and the work literally made me smile. It looks perfect. You can’t even tell I ever damaged it. Daniel was great!

Communication was top tier! Kelsey was amazing. I wonder why Geico doesn't have them on their preferred list. They should probably rethink that!
