Lacking attention to detail. Paperwork wasn’t together for my drop off so the representative also didn’t know if I had an appt at my schedule time. First parts order was incorrect and the second order was correct but incomplete. I had to contact the shop on the days my car was intended to be done to ask when it would be ready rather than the shop proactively contacting me.

I noticed many more scratches in pieces that were removed when doing my repair job, and well as on my bottom runner there is a spot where is almost looks like paint was globed in to a spot that was not supposed to be worked on. Other then that it looks great.

Looks good except of course u can see a color difference in the bumper that was replaced. Different shade from the rest of the van the old faded color and then the new is much different. The only way for the van to be all the same color would be to repaint the whole van which I understand

Working with Caliber was great. They took care of everything; from the tow company, to returning my rental car. I got an update almost daily, and whenever they had any issues with parts, they let me know immediately.
