Work was excellent! Have had many compliments from friends. However, having been in your office 4 times I must say that your front desk girl is absolutely the most unfriendly and stone faced person to have as your company's first impression and experience upon walking in. She is an absolute turnoff with ZERO customer service skills. She would not have lasted one day in any of my businesses. The rest of your staff was very friendly and helpful and completed a well done job.

The front desk lady didn't seem friendly or welcoming. Maybe it was due to the COVID19?? Painter came out and thanked me for my business, and explained things to me...Awesome job.! Austin is 2nd to None! He explains everything in detail and is willing to help you out how ever he can. Very friendy and makes you feel you're a valued customer.

Hello, I noticed tonight the new paint on the bumper which was repaired is actually a different color than the black of the rest of the vehicle. It appears almost a dark navy instead of black.
