I was originally given an estimated time of 4-5 days to finish the repairs but to my amazement, all the repairs got done in less than 3 days and most importantly, I was able to pick up my car the day before I leave for my trip. Excellent job!!! Thanks to everyone especially to Austin Elliott!

I talked to three different people about having something buffed out, but it wasn't done. (It wasn't caused by the accident damage being repaired.) I'm irritated because I really wanted it done, and would have paid for it on my own dime, but it was not done. Every person shook their head and said ok though.

I was not satisfied with the excessive amount of time it took to complete my car repair. I don’t feel like I received good customer service and there are issues with the quality of the work that was done. There’s really not much that can be done now to correct the issues that I was most concerned about. I definitely would not do business with Caliber Collision again based on my bad experience.
