Iâm very impressed with Calliber Collision. Andrew was Awesome! He kept me in the loop through the whole process. He was very thorough in explaining everything. I felt very comfortable and confidant that my car was in the best of care. The best part my car was completed 3 days early. They also went the same extra mile in giving me a ride to get a rental car and turning the rental car in. I was very pleased with my he outstanding service. Calliber hit a HOMe RUN with bringing Andrew on their team. The woman at the front desk was very nice as well unfortunately I canât remember her name and I will say my first impression was with my initial phone call in which a gentleman named I believe Vern took my call. He was great as well. Very personable staff. Also they were recommended to me by Poway Honda and Mercedes of Escondido.???? Thank you Calliber! Shannon Sunseri
