would of preferred genuine parts, but I understand the reason why because of the insurance companies. Everything was great, the only thing I noticed was the head lights are not aligned

Chris was amazing. He gave me clear instructions and updates. I was way impressed. They went above and beyond what I expected. I had recently come home from a camping trip and I felt bad because the inside and outside of my car were a bit dirty, but my car was washed, vacummed, and windows cleaned. I don't know if that's standard procedure or not, but it sure was incredible. I would give Chris a 10 star rating if I could.
