As I spoke to Joseph when I picked up my Tacoma, it was good to get a projected completion date and then have the truck done early. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Joseph was someone I could relate to with similar interests and general overall attitude and sense of humor. That helps in this trying time.

I appreciate the exceptional courtesy of everyone involved. I wish I had asked you to touch up a little scrape on the back right while you had the paint out, but I didn't remember. I'm happy the car is cleaner than when I left it.

They didn’t do more work than was necessary, which thankfully dropped the price down from the original estimate. I didn’t notice any differences from what my car looked like before the accident, If anything, it looked to be in better shape than before. I was very impressed. Also, one of my favorite parts was I got my car back vacuumed and washed. Huge plus. Will definitely come again if anything happens to my car in the future (although I do hope that doesn’t happen).
