I called 24hours in advance to have my appointment switched to be with my insurance and was told to just come in for my appointment. Once I arrived at my appointment the following day I was told they would need 24 hours to switch my appointment to my insurance. This delayed my appointment until the following week. I would have only wished that when I called the day before that they would have already started working on switching the appointment to be through my insurance rather than waiting until the next day to tell me they couldn't do anything until they switched it.
