Overall I am happy to have had the body damage repaired. I am missing my decal stripe on the hood of my car after the repairs. I was told they are "after market", but that is not the case. My car is a special edition and mini does not represent special editions in the Vin number for some reason. They have to find parts for my car in a different way. That's not really your guy's issue though.

Sky mase everything smooth and stress free. I really appreciated his efforts. He even got the things out of my rental truck for me. He helped me with my wheelchair and that saved me from getting all sweaty in the heat. Little things make a really big difference. Thank you Sky!
