I had to keep contacting to shop for status updates. When I was told someone would call me back the didn't. Also, they were unable to offer a shuttle service, so I had to have my car towed to the facility.

My experience with Caliber Collisions was a nice one. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Gina at the front desk went through all the paperwork with me and explained any questions that I had. Gina even asked if my son could have a coloring book. The guys that worked on the car did a great job! It looks brand new and you can’t tell that there was ever any damage done to the car. So I’m very pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend.

The personnel is friendly and make you feel very comfortable. The Service Advisor keeps you informed about the progress of your car. When I picked up the car, the paperwork was explained and questions answered. The car was delivered back to me spotless. The Service Advisor made sure that I was satisfied with the workmanship. They did a great job!!

They got my repairs done in a timely manner. My service advisor worked with my insurance to get quality parts as they were insisting on after market parts but he convinced them to use genuine Honda parts.
