The repairs on my van took 2 weeks to complete. I’m am a paraplegic and my van is my only vehicle. I had to cancel or reschedule several appointments during the 2 week period. It was very frustrating

Conflicting information from different people during the process. Had to bring my car back twice after the repairs since the car wouldn’t lock after repairs, and couldn’t install blinker lights needed and couldn’t recommend the right lights I would need

Gina and Tyler were absolutely wonderful to work with. Tyler kept me updated and took care of my truck as if it was his own. Gina was the constant professional with my phone calls and explaining how everything with insurance worked. I havent ever had to get a repair from someone else hitting me and they were both very friendly and professional helping me figure out what i needed to do. Which wasnt really anything 😁 they took care of everything!!

Taylor at Caliber Collision was excellent! He was honest and kept me updated throughout the whole process, I could not ask for more than that in this line of work. All the staff I encountered were friendly and knowledgeable! I hope I never need another repair after an accident but if I do or anyone I know does, I will certainly recommend this location of Caliber Collision.
