The tech who worked on my car took the item out of my trunk and put them all in my front passenger seat. Some of the items had sharp edges, and those edges damaged my seat.

Everything was actually great. They were working on my car because someone ran into the back of me. I would not recommend this place. The first date they told me my car would be finished it wasn’t and when the updated me they updated me after the fact. So if I was supposed to get my car back on the 20th. They would text me on the 22nd with the new update…They gave me a total of three pick up dates and didn’t honor any of them. When they finally told me my car was ready, I came back to find out that during working on my car they put multiple visible scratches on my car. The manager Taylor told me he would take care of it which I appreciated. But then when I got my car back again these guys carelessly put all my truck items in my front passenger seat. My seats are now damaged and ripped. On top of that I left caliber with a low pressure in my tire because of a nail they drove over, that’s not how I brought it there. Let me remind you this is a brand new 2019 Camry. I’ve been going to caliber for years but this is the worst one.

I came in without an appointment because I was desperate to get my car fixed. Caliber was able to schedule me to bring my car in the following week. Not only was Caliber thorough with the quote and throughout the repair process, but they were efficient. I was told by previous body shops it would take months for my car to be fixed and Caliber did it in one week. The staff was courteous and professional. I’m very pleased with my experience.
