From the moment I walked in, staff was kind, courteous and professional. Chris was in constant communication with updates on progress. Finished a week early and looks fantastic! Made a stressful situation a great experience

Final cost was 50% higher than original estimate. All damage was superficial and could be easily seen when standing by vehicle. There should have been NO surprises which would impact repair cost. Original completion date message was May 8. One day later message said “we are nearing completion.” Then completion moved to May 13 , then to May 19, then to 20, and finally to 21st. This seems to indicate a lack of effective management of the repair process and created a lot of frustration for the family. Overall not a pleasant experience with Caliber Collision. I will not be able to recommend them to others.
