When I picked up my car, I noticed paint residue/stains in multiple areas of the vehicle. Instead of addressing the issue, the staff stated that it was bird droppings. They spent approximately 30 minutes trying to scrub the stains off, but they remained. I explained that the substance was paint, not bird droppings, but the manager became hostile and walked away rather than addressing the concern. Additionally, not all of the damage from the accident was repaired. I was told that because there was pre-existing damage to the vehicle, they could not repair the new accident-related damage because the insurance company would not cover those repairs. Overall, I am concerned that the vehicle was returned to me with unresolved accident damage as well as paint residue that was present when I picked it up.
