The repairs took longer than expected. There was a lack of communication between the staff and myself. The expected completion date was continuously pushed back without providing me with a reason. A 200$ pair of sunglasses was missing from my car when I picked it up and I was told it was my problem and I shouldn't have left them in there. I won't use any Caliber Collision repair shop again because of this experience.
