The caps off the rear wheel lug nuts where missing. I called the office and they stated they would see if they could find them and if not they would order them. I was really impressed with the daily updates and the professionalism that was showed. Other than the one small item mentioned all was really great.I will be taking my wife's vehicle there for repair.

Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive to my requests or questions. The text updates were appreciated. My car was completed a business day early which was huge since it was a Friday instead of a Monday. Not first time at Caliber. Hopefully no more accidents, but would highly recommend to others. .

Customer service was excellent. I would like to mention Timothy Scott in particular. When I picked up my vehicle I also needed to change my tags as I still had the temporary tags on the car initially. Timothy changed the tags for me despite the freezing conditions outside. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience with Caliber Collision. Thank you so much Timothy !!

yes I was extremely satisfied the incredible body work that caliber collision performed on my 2014 chevy equinox and I am proud to say the date that the repairs were to be finished it was finished on that date and I was so the static with the results it was fantastic on the body workmanship that caliber collision great job guys

James was my technichian and he did a fabulous job on my 2013 Chevy Tahoe. He was very friendly and kept me up to date via phone along with you all emails. Also, the business Clerk was very nice as well and continued to be that way from day 1 to the end. I truly appreciate the great customer Service as that is very important to me.
