Unfortunately over the last three years I have multiple cars in accidents and I used your service every time. I appreciate the communication while my car was in the shop and when I needed a rental it went very smooth. I have to mention that one of cars was hit on the lot after it was repaired and it was noticed when I came to pick it up.

Amazing experience at Caliber Collision in Reisterstown MD. This was my first experience of this kind, so I was a little apprehensive at the start. The Caliber folks quickly calmed me down with their professionalism and knowledge...the entire process was seamless. I was always updated on progress. Carolina was the tech assigned to me. She was great. I also dealt with Mathew and LaToya, who were just as great. Definitely recommend this location!

The location is not very wheelchair or stroller friendly. I was struggling to get my daughter in and out, and it would have been nice for someone to step in and hold the door. There were employees nearby, but no one offered assistance even though I clearly needed help. Also, when returning my vehicle, the keys were left inside the car instead of being handed directly to me. It would feel more professional and respectful to hand the keys to the customer. Other than that, everything else was OK. Small improvements in customer service and awareness would improve the overall experience at this location.

The front desk employee was friendly and pleasant, but overall I was disappointed with the customer service. I arrived with a stroller and struggled to get through the entrance because the location is not very stroller- or wheelchair-friendly. There were employees sitting at the front desk who saw me struggling, yet no one offered to help hold the door or assist me. Small acts of customer service and consideration go a long way. Other than that, the repair work on my vehicle was satisfactory, but the customer service experience left a lot to be desired.

Caliber is a superbly run business. My recent 2 repair needs, both not my fault and extensive collision damages, were handled promptly, efficiently and professionally. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. Both my vehicles’ repairs were completed as promised and I was advised of the repair process continuously. The results of the repair work is just amazing. It is the best repair work I have ever had. I could not be more pleased.

I was very impressed with the knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness of the staff that worked on my car, ESPECIALLY the manager Matthew. He was very patient and understanding when answering all of my questions and addressing all of my concerns. He provided a cost and time estimate which resulted in less cost and less time than I had expected. The staff was very professional and courteous when I picked up my vehicle. I would certainly recommend THIS Caliber Collision branch to anyone who needs car repairs!

This location did a superb job. Everyone including Emmanuel and Matt were super professional and really took care of me. They even did extra work on dings on my hood that I didn’t mention to them during the estimate. You don’t really get good customer service everywhere these days so this place deserves recognition. They have also worked on my Mom’s cars in the past and have done great work on them as well. Would highly recommend this particular location.
