There were left over white scuff marks on the driver side door Handel from the accident. There were also random red “paint” marks on the car. The guy apologized and used a rag and something liquid to remove it. I also noticed some random scratches on my car and he proceeded to try to remove them with the same liquid. I also noticed some light scratches on the bumper, like something rubbed against it? He kept repeating that because it’s black-you can see scratches easily. But I kept telling him, that I had only had my car for 5 months-it was brand new when I bought it, and it didn’t have any of those scratches before. He kept repeating about the color being easier to notice.

When I picked it up-I asked what did they do to the car and he didn’t know. I said did you replace the door? He said, “I’m not sure” and looks at the paperwork. There was a gentleman near the counter as well, and he said yes to replacing the door. When I asked about the random scratches he kept repeating “because it’s black, scratches are easier to see”. I felt he was not trying to listen to my concerns.

The process from the beginning to the end was excellent. The representatives from travelers were responsive and gave great information, the car repair place was great. The rental car got paid. Everything was great.

When I picked up the vehicle my audio in my car was not working so I wasted the next day bringing it back to be told they are not sure. It was a very irritating experience seeing my audio worked just fine before I bought it to you.
