The rear lights on the car went out and I had to return to the shop to have them fix them. Which they did very nicely. Just wish I hadn't had to go back again. Hope the fixes stay fixed.

Receptionist wasn’t always welcoming. As I was paying over the phone, she repeated my credit card number back to me, and had to be reminded that it wasn’t a good idea to do that. Perhaps some training on customer service? Bernie was excellent and patient in explaining to me what was going on with the repairs.
