I didn’t think communication went very well on their end. When I dropped the car off they told me they would know let me know when it would be done by the end of the day or next day. They didn’t let me know until 3 days later. Then they told me it would be done on Wednesday or Thursday, and I didn’t hear anything from them until Friday after I had called them twice. At that point I was told it would be an additional 6 days. I understand things take time but try to have more accurate estimates. Or when you know you won’t make the deadline let your customer know right away, especially when your estimate is off by 6 days.
