Shane and the team kept me up to date on status and they got the car back to me three days ahead of the estimate after I hit a deer. Great experience. No surprises other than them cleaning the car while they had it which I really appreciated.

I was impressed at how fast Shane created the repair quote. My insurance company Farmer’s accepted it quickly too. The whole process was fast. We are so happy to be on the road again. Everyone was very thorough and professional and my car was ready a couple of days ahead of the estimated date. My looks great and I appreciate Caliber's attention to all of the unseen damage caused by the accident. Shane even replaced the battery in my key fob, so I feel very well taken care of, indeed.
