I am completely satisfied, actually blown away by the quality of the work. We just got off to a rocky start the first day when I was I told to come and get my car because there was a delay in getting a response from my insurance. I was actually on my way down there to take my business somewhere else and I'd planned to let Walkers Subaru know that they referred me to a place that didn't seem to need my business. The tone of the person who left the messages for me that morning was kind of "come and get your crappy car off our lot" rather than "we would like your business but..." Fortunately when I called back I spoke to someone who was a bit more helpful and my insurance company called back before I got there. Again, the work is amazing and I did share that with Walkers Subaru and thanked them for the referral.

Communication issues at the start were partly my fault, but I was on my way there to take car somewhere else. I was glad that I didn't in the end but I still have to take a few points off here. Quality of work made up for it..

Absolutely amazing service! Communication was superb! Was sent up to date, step by step details of where my car was at in the process. Not to mention when I picked up the car, it was washed from the outside and cleaned on the inside. It was a nice surprise to see the inside of the car so clean... and having kids its a rarity!
