The repairs were very good and the people were good to work with. The only thing I was dissatisfied with was the amount of time it took. A big part of the problem was getting parts from braunability. I believe something had to be back ordered.

The service was great from the moment I walked into Calibur Collision. Ashley was not only friendly, but also very helpful and knew her job. Mike was excellent at his job. He treated me like I was a friend and encouraged me to cas if I had any questions. I was kept updated through every phase of the process.

From the moment I presented my bumber damage to Ryan he was very professional. He did not price gauge me and looked at the estimate I brought and quoted me the correct estimate which was significantly lower than his competitors. He kept me informed through text pertaining to their progress and he said they would complete the Job by Friday and they completed it by Thursday, one day sooner. The car looks showcase fine. I would recommend them to anyone with no reservations
