Customer Service was very good. I didn’t have to call to check on the progress because they texted me regularly with updates. Drop off lasted just a few minutes which was nice and when I went to pick my car up, I didn’t even sit down. The car was already waiting for me and they had cleaned the car too. The wait time on the repair was 9 days which I thought was acceptable with what they had to do. Overall, it was a good experience. Thank you! PS. And a bonus was Kevin telling me that the work had a lifetime guarantee.

The total experience was more than exceptional. The manager at Caliber Richardson Collision (Kevin)provided an estimate and made sure I completely understood the work to be completed. When the repairs were completed the manager made sure I was completely satisfied with the finished work. I will return to Caliber Collision due to the Managers wonderful guidance and the excellent repairs.

I’m super satisfied with my repair at Caliber Collision! The staff were so nice, friendly, and helpful. The repair was done quickly, and my car looks brand new! They even vacuumed and cleaned my car before giving it back to me, which I really appreciated. I’m so grateful and thankful for the great service.
