Thank you for taking care of my ride and getting it back to me quickly. I appreciate your company and will recommend you to my friends and family. If I had anything in the way of criticism it would be that there was a distinct funky smell, like dirty socks odor, in the interior. Also, maybe throw down a paper covering on the floorboards. There was a big dusty footprint on the driver's side. Okay, I'm just nitpicking now, but I figure there's a reason why you asked me to fill our this survey. We can all learn how to improve and do better, right? Great job, guys.

Ryan, Ashley and the entire stagg were super friendly and professional. Ryan gave me updates on a regular basis so I knew when my car would be ready. I wasn't able to pick it up the day it was ready said they didn't have any issues with me picking it up the day after. I would definitely be a return customer if needed

Ryan is an exceptional representative and did an outstanding job. Your car washing department lacks the expertise to wash cars. Even with the last repair it was the same thing. Due to the heat level, I did not want to complain so just left. If you look, we have been your customer for many years.
