My service person was very kind. However, Your Richardson location is suppose to be a Mercedes specialized location . After having my car almost a month your location did not know my car needed a software update until the last minute.(you also had a $2k supplement) At the last minute. It just did not seem like you really specialized in Mercedes. Thanks

I got regular updates, timely communication, very friendly staff who even cared to enquire if I had transportation to my house nearby after dropping off my car, they offered to take me home and food not drive away until they made sure I was safely inside the house - this was truly bending over backwards. I received excellent service and great follow through, demonstrating a commitment to getting my car back in shape and safely on the road.
