They took their time to ensure it was fixed but when I drive it off the lot various lights on the dash came on. I called and they gave me trouble shooting instructions and ultimately took the car back the next morning to find and resolve the issue (a bad sensor). I was a pleased with the work they did and customer service.

During the repair process, the technician did keep me updated on what was being addressed, which I appreciated. However, after picking up the vehicle, I noticed there was still a slight gap in the bumper. I contacted the front desk to have the technician take another look, and I was told that someone would follow up with me. No one ever reached back out.

The front end ladies were polite and professional. Patrick was in one word, AMAZING. Main concern was when I picked it up, I was just handed keys. No one took me outside to show me the work. It was only because I inspected the work carefully did I notice that the bumper still had residue from the accident that could have been covering up paint repair and that the parts were not aligned.
