I chose Caliber because of the yelp reviews and they were totally accurate. Everyone was super friendly and they gave me continuous updates on my car which was repaired before they anticipated. I would Recommend to friends and colleagues

I had to point out an issue that was still there. I came back and they looked at the car and they took it and said they buffed an issue out. Which is impossible because there’s a slight indentation and the estimate was to fix it. I’m gonna call back. I’ve tried to live with us and ignore it, but I can’t. I have pictures that show the original damage and the current damage are almost exactly the same. Plus the car was still dirty when I got it back.

It took way too long to fix and the shop’s communication was awful

They generally didn’t call me with updates unless I first called them. My car was horrendously delayed causing me expense on the rental car and I feel like they just didn’t care.

The staff at Caliber Collision provided excellent customer service, timely access to services, and great communication throughout the process. I was also very satisfied with the quality of repairs to my 2025 Toyota RAV-4. I can't even tell there was previous damage! The staff was wonderful and walked me through how repairs would be, what to expect with rental car service etc. Once I dropped my car off they called Enterprise for me to be picked up. Would recommend them to anyone.
