They were able to get my deductible down by $50 and explained to me how I qualify for a rental car. This was never mentioned to me by car insurance company. Much much appreciated!!!

I had my truck repaired at a different location they keep me informed with updates will my truck was being repaired and once it was done they can out and walk around the truck showing me their repairs and I was completely satisfied this one did nothing .no updates no texts they didn't even help with the rental car they told me I had to handle it myself. Then when I went to pick it up they gave my keys after I paid my deposit and said have a good day no one came out to even ask if I was satisfied. And I'm not satisfied with the repairs
