The experience was not good so I cannot recommend them to someone else. State Farm service as usual was exceptional. The State Farm Claim reps were patient explained everything and understood my concerns. They were exceptionally !! Caliber Collison was terrible.

They under estimated the damages and any child could look at the damages and do better. They constantly delayed fixing my car and telling me I had a problem for calling but admitted to a State Farm claim rep that they delayed fixing my car which by the way caused me to have to pay for additional rental days. State Farm told me multiple times I should have had my car back sooner than when I FINALLY got it back. Only after a State Farm Rep with me on the phone called them twice to explain the delay. Rude and multiple times told me in so many words stop calling when they were the one give different days of completion not just ti me but to State Farm also. I believe they owe me the extra $155 I had to pay Enterprise.
