I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received on my car from Caliber! They were always professional yet friendly, and ensured I was informed throughout the entire process. The additional cleaning was icing on the cake, and it made me unbelievably grateful (also I'm so sorry because I'm sure the underneath of my seats were not pretty). I would hands down recommend them to a friend, and loved my time with them! Only advice: the 18th email about the survey while I'm on my one break for the next two months? Bit of an overkill. I appreciate the reminder, but don't overdo it there.

I paid $2000.00 to get my vehicle fixed. It was returned to me with the hood sitting proud of the fender. Took it back to have it adjusted. Still can't make it flush. The vehicle should never have been returned to me in the first place. You have $2000.00, I have an improperly adjusted hood. It's really just nonsense.

The staff were helpful from the first time I called to the time I picked my car up after repair. Job was completed quickly and looks great. Cliff even put air in my tires before I drove off! Good experience.
