MY VEHICLE IS NOT REPAIRED. The REPLACED DOOR IS DAMAGED! The door DOES NOT CLOSE! THE WINDOW of the DOOR DOES NOT CLOSE! I am hearing outside noise via the door that to be repaired. My car is alerting and alarming me that the WINDOW of the replaced door IS NOT CLOSED!

Everyone was very professional and friendly, but I had to keep following up each step of the way. I couldn't get a firm date on when the service would be completed, and I got in trouble at work because the paperwork said 2-3 days to repair. My job is an in office job, and it was hard to determine how long I would need to get a rental car because of the vagueness on when it should be completed.
