Great service aside from the fact I had to pay out of pocket for a rental car that was supposed to be covered through a given date. Turns out the car was ready before the given date and thus the rental car coverage was up at that point. I missed the text message informing me the car was finished earlier than expected - ended up having to pay out of pocket for a rental car that ultimately was given to me as a result of an accident I did not cause. Never fun paying for other people’s mistakes. I wish that it was made more clear that there was a chance that the car would’ve finished earlier than the given date and therefore the rental car would be due back as well. Additionally I wish there was more communication than just a text about my car being finished.
