Customer service and communication started out rocky at first not from the receptionist but from the person that was dealing with and talking to me about my car. Also my car was cleaned and vacuumed but was not whipped down and it was dust all over the inside of my car from the previous work they had done. I must say I love how the repairs turned out. Although I was not totally satisfied I will still return as a customer.
