Great customer service. The front desk staff were cheerful and extremely helpful. Scott explained in detail the process and kept me up to date on progress. The work was done on time (actually a little a head of what the text updates promised)! Car looks great! All in all a great experience (much better than the last time I had to deal with an insurance claim through another carrier and with another collision shop). THANKS.
