I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the repairs completed on my vehicle. After picking up the vehicle, I discovered several issues that were unrelated to the original damage, including parts left sitting on top of the engine, broken clips secured with zip ties instead of being properly replaced, and a noticeable window clinking issue. That issue was only corrected after I raised concerns and explained that the vehicle was not in this condition when it was dropped off. Additionally, when I attempted to address these concerns, I was met with a dismissive and accusatory attitude rather than professionalism and accountability. I was also informed that the vehicle would receive an alignment, yet there does not appear to be any indication that this service was actually performed. At this point, I no longer have confidence in this location’s ability to properly repair or service my vehicle. I expect a professional repair facility to stand behind the quality of its workmanship, communicate respectfully with customers, and take responsibility when mistakes occur. Unfortunately, that was not my experience in this situation.
