What was fixed looks great. Plus, I appreciate that CCcleaned the interior and MIGHT have have fixed some issues. The check engine light is no longer on. (It had appeared just a couple days before I had to drop it off. And the tire sensor light is no longer on (it had been on due to a broken sensor). Alternatively, maybe those lights were turned off? But there is one remaining scratch I thought would have been addressed, and Trey is helping to determine whether Nationwide will cover that. Overall, I am pleased though!

I dealt with caliber earlier this year in Mechanicsville, but they in no way compared to the location off Laburnum and Williamsburg Road. Tori I have no words she make sure that I was up-to-date and literally every day or every other day even over the weekend they kept me to date when my car was ready. I couldn’t make it in time before they closed cause I got off at the same time she literally waited for me with another employee allowed me to pick up my son before DAYCARE closed and waited for me to drop off the rental. Take care of my co-pay, brought my car and took care of the rental check-in and friendly. I have no words I really really appreciate this Location although Crystal from the other location was really nice unlike several others. Tori took the cake for me and I definitely am always choosing y’all first definitely amazing service especially at the location that Tori is at. I am so appreciative and honestly it really touched me when she said I’m a mom too I get it. How amazing is that because in the world that’s all about themselves. It’s nice to still get that old-school customer service that’s a keeper right there.

Should checking the steering components from beginning and fix it while waiting for painting. That way it save a lot of times

Be careful where cars are parked in the lot especially if shared. Car got a small ding on the door.
