Be careful where cars are parked in the lot especially if shared. Car got a small ding on the door.

It would've been a 10 but 2 things. 1. The first time I went to the other place CS told me they only did insurance claims at that location (i wanted body work, not mechanical). So the second time I went there when i did have a claim (still body work) and CS said they didn't have a reservation and maybe it was the other one. Didnt make sense to me in light of the previous visit. It surprised me the CS didn't offer to call to find out if the other one had the reservation until I asked why she wasn't calling. She expected me to call. 2. If you weren't going to work on my car for a couple weeks why couldn't I drive the car until the parts came in instead of renting one while the car just sat there. Although this could've been a miscommunication between me and the insurance company.

Every one was so so so nice and helpful and responsive. My only complaint is that the wrong parts were ordered. So a project that should have taken 2 weeks took 4. It was very disruptive. From a customer service perspective, 10/10. Also, the car looks amazing, so the repairs are 10/10. But lenght of the process was too long.

Job was done okay. Not as well as the last time. I can see a couple small, very small dents and sanding marks. I noticed this after a wash. I’m okay with it.

This was my first experience with Caliber on south Laburnum. From the moment i walked thru the door until i picked up my vehicle I must say i was very pleased with the customer service and the paint job on my car.
