Jamie was fantastic — she was very helpful in explaining what the repairs would look like, kept me updated on timeline throughout the week, and was generally communicative from start to finish. Would be happy to return to this location for any future repairs.

There were a lot of things that did and did not happen with the repair of my truck. There was a bit of after spray on my vehicle, my bumper was not replaced, I had led lights for my headlights and 1 light was replaced with the original headlight on the driver side, and I also randomly get an airbag light on the dash now too.

Vehicle was dropped off with a completely full tank, when I got it back there was over a quarter of a tank of gas missing and the return mileage was different than what was quoted on the final paperwork. It’s a hybrid that gets 38 miles to the gallon. Truly don’t know what you all were doing in my vehicle to burn that much gas and it makes me highly uncomfortable.

The front desk rep at laburnum location with the pink hair has a serious attitude problem that’s extremely off putting and unprofessional. Every interaction with her was like pulling teeth and left a bad taste in my mouth when I was simply requesting basic information/documentation about the process and paperwork.

Front left fender damaged from accident. My Subaru is 9 years old. Caliber fixed the fender, made it look brand new. Beautiful work and have no idea how they can flawlessly match old with new.
