The customer experience at this shop was very smooth! I really appreciated the regular status updates, and was able to get my car back a little sooner than estimated. The repairs look good, I would likely come back to this location if the need comes up sometime in the future.

The car looks great and the staff was great. However, my front passenger door no longer goes all the way up and my front passenger turn signal no longer works. This is the side that was damaged and Caliber had to remove the door and bumper to repair. When they reattached everything they didn't connect things back properly.

Working with Caliber was enjoyable. I was able to get my SUV repaired in a reasonable timeframe. The employees were very personable and easy to work with. I hope I won’t need their services again, but if I do, I would use them immediately
