I truly enjoyed dealing with caliber the staff was amazing. I had to reschedule several times and they were always understanding. Then when they had vehicle they worked on my car in such a timely manner. Thank you so much for employing staff like Taylor and his teammates. I asked them to address a few matters while they repaired my car and was kindly granted a yes. Taylor is laid back which makes the experience better, especially when dealing with juggling all that happens with a vehicle accident. The ladies at the front desk were also helpful. I would say clarification may be needed in differentiating between the two Caliber Collission locations in Eastern Henrico. Thanks again for a job well done!!!
