I dropped my car off when they told me to and because they didn’t start the work for 3 more days the insurance is trying to make me pay for the additional rental car coverage. I have no control over what you do with my car after I drop it off. I called to discuss this with someone and they were going to have their manager call me before the end of the day and they never did.

Balentin was great. The rest of the experience was not. Truck was damaged during disassembly, scratched on the bed. Picked it up today, truck was under an awning so it was kind of dark. Did not think I needed to check out the inside but I should have. Paint on my leather seat, knee hard panel, drivers arm rest, leather steering wheel, center console and console has a cut in it. Very disappointed. I need to talk to a manager ASAP. 801-793-1148. This truck had a flawless interior before it came to your shop. I thought they went to a body shop to get fixed, not damaged. Lack of care for my property!!!I You will restore it back to the way it was before it came in. I will be waiting for a call!

Once the truck has has some items cleaned and replaced I would like to be able to answer this again. If things are replaced and cleaned back to the way it was when I brought it in I will give a 10.
