I did not have a problem with the car fan not turning off before I gave you the car. Then you guys made me aware of it and I asked if you could fix it. You were unable to so basically I got to pick up a car that you guys jumped, and I had to drive to work and now I have to get a car jump again.

We were thrilled with the work that was done. The rear end looks brand new. The only issue we had, which was very minor, was the amount of dust covering the interior of the van. Now, granted, they were rushed to complete it on time because of a parts issue. That may have played into it. In addition, this is the first time we've every had collision work done on a vehicle, so it just may be a standard that we weren't aware of. In any case, the repair work was amazing!

we were quoted 14 days for the repair and while I was happy that the repair took less time, it was not communicated to me until the day that the job was done. This failure to communicate cost my company extra money for rental car fees because I could not cancel the extra rental days without more notice.
