The repair took over 8 weeks for a bumper replacement. When I came to pick it up a trash cheap bumper was installed and sonar sensors were not even correctly mounted in the fake bumper. I had to leave after showing them the repair was not completed and not up to standard on a $55k vehicle. Came back to pick it up with correct oem bumper finally but sonar sensor functionality didn't work and side flair was damaged during bumper replacement. Was promised both would be fixed. Picked up suv and only sonar was fixed and not the promised wheel flare. I would not recommend this collision center or Raymond the manager who asked me not to leave a bad review of their location. Sounds shady to me. I gave them a chance to fix the problems and it did not happen. I will be ordering the flare and fixing it out of my own pocket and myself. Maybe that's why they didn't charge me the full $1000 deductible so I can buy and fix the issue they left. I was hoping to leave a half decent review but not impressed after conclusion. Bryan was very professional.
