I had a good experience at caliber collision. Ashton Was a great, he helped and kept a good review of what was going on with my truck. I don’t want to blame this on the coworkers but when I got my truck back, I did have to take my truck back to caliber collision. Apparently the paint didn’t seem to match on the drivers door that was damaged on. At first I was upset that I had to take it back and that they had to work on it again. But I do want to thank for Ashton great help and to make sure that I was satisfied. That goes for the rest of the staff for making sure that when they had to re-do the paint they made sure it matched. Kyle was also great he made sure I was able to get my truck back even when the store was closed. I want to thank him for the great customer service for taking the time and wait to get my truck back.
