I believe my instrument that reads the outside temperature was damaged but I’ve been in contact with the repair shop and they’re supposed to be calling a supervisor today to get permission to come and get the vehicle for repair. The ladies have been really nice and I have no doubt they will make this right.

Everyone was friendly and really helpful. I had to bring my car back in for a minor oversight in the front and thought there was one in the back as well, but it turned out it was a different section of the bumper and not part of the quote. However, they went ahead and buffed out the section that wasn’t part of the quote as much as they could and did it for free. That’s was first class service in my opinion and Melissa went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied. I took off one star for the oversight in the front, but would definitely return should I ever need their services as well as recommend to others. Thank you Caliber Collision in Roanoke, Texas. The work and customer service provided by the entire team was fantastic. Especially the quality of Kyle (GM) and Ashton’s customer service while I got additional work done to the car while it was being worked on for accident repairs. Nice work!
