My experience with the Caliber Collision facility in Roanoke Texas was Bar None the best customer service experience I have ever had. Kyle and Ashton could not have been more professional or more expeditious and getting me back on the road as quickly as possible. Furthermore, the work was impeccable.

The ONLY issue I had was with the electronic notification system via telephone text. I would get notices that the status of the work had changed and to please complete the survey, but then I'd never receive the status update information. When I picked up my car, I did talk to Kyle Adams about it. I really appreciated his feedback.
