1. The backup camera installation was great. 2. The rear bumper “step guard” still needs to be attached properly to the rear bumper. They missed an area which needs to be attached. I have already talked with them and they will fix it whenever I can take it back in. 3. I have had similar work done in the past. And when I got the vehicle back it had been washed on the outside. It looked like a new vehicle. I didn’t expect that to be done, and it was not. However, I will say that: that extra bit of effort will go a long way to making a great impression on your customers. Anyways the overall experience was good The installation of the rear bumper step pad is a minor issue and it will be corrected.

Genuinely kind people. Loved the fact that they kept me up to date with all the repairs while my car was in the shop. They even called to check up on how my car was a week later asking if everything was going well. Also, the place I rented my car from told me I HAD to drop off the car at the car rental. Which was in Denton. Calibers at Roanoke let me know that Calibers has a contract with Hertz and that I did NOT need to drop it off in Denton and could just leave it at calibers to be picked up. Calibers gave hertz Denton a call and got it all squared away for me. And for that I am super thankful because I was stressing out about the whole ordeal of needing to drop off the car after work AND picking up my car at the shop within a certain time frame.

The team was so courteous and professional. The repair work was meticulous. My service advisor even met me after hours to pick up my car. A large portion of my repair work was not covered by insurance, and my advisor found several ways to reduce the cost of repairs. I am extremely happy with my Caliber experience.
