Thought the experience was fine, I didn’t drop the car off but repairs look nice, customer service was professional. Pickup was easy and surprised and pleased that I didn’t have to deal with the rental drop off at enterprise. Hopefully don’t have to come back, but would/ recommend anyone to do the same.

The repair was good but I have had issues because when I picked up my vehical on 5/23 caliber collision did not return the vehicle until 5/26 so enterprise charged me for the lapse in insurance coverage and I am currently disputing it and having issues.

The time of meeting my car repaired I did ask for it to be sent to a caliber as I’ve always had a great experience at one of the locations however, this one unfortunately I cannot recommend

I hate having to leave a not so great review however, my experience was not fantastic. I was pretty consistently promised I would get a follow up on my vehicle on certain days or times which never happened. I had to call days at a time to figure out what was going on. And then when I went to pick up my vehicle finally after getting them to Rush after having it for almost 10 days I get in my car to find that over half a tank of gas was used during the time it was at that facility, which I still don’t understand where it was driven enough to use 250 miles worth of gas. At the end of the day, they filled my tank up after my complaint but again will not be taking a vehicle back over to this facility after my experience.
