Caliber did a great job repairing our car door after an accident. They communicated throughout the process to keep us up to date on our repairs. The work was great and done in a timely manner. We will for sure keep them in mind if we need any additional repairs in the future.

Caliber offered to return the rental car but communication with Enterprise and Germania could have been better. I dropped the car off Friday evening around 5 pm and Tuesday got a text looking for the rental car to be returned.

Was called to pick up my vehicle, went to pick up my vehicle after discussing the arras of concern with the agent. My vehicle was not complete when i arrived…. There was a misunderstanding on the undercarriage damage of my vehicle being repaired. It was not repaired nor addressed even after the phone call voicing my concern of it. Mentioning that it was showing in the picture submitted, but wasn’t listed on the invoice of items being addressed.. made new arrangements for getting home because I’m not driving my vehicle that they offered for me to take home with undercarriage damage and then return once they have the parts to complete the job.

Great communication and appreciate the aggressiveness of getting repairs done but date fluctuated about 10 days from initial complete date to final complete date. We’ve also had some minor electronic system issues in the first two weeks.
